Bids & Quotations
If you are purchasing large quantities of certain items, you may be entitled to a volume discount. You may also like an item to be custom made to your detailed specifications. We can provide you with pricing for this service on request.

Customer Credit Accounts
We will extend credit to most archives, museums, schools, colleges, universities, libraries and other public institutions. Private institutions and business firms are also invited to open an account with the appropriate references.

Methods of Payment
With the exception of recognized institutions and established accounts, payment terms are cash or cheque with order. Payment by credit card is accepted and is highly recommended. VISA or MASTERCARD only.
Payment terms are Net 30 days for credit accounts.
All goods are shipped FOB our warehouse unless otherwise agreed upon. Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

Shipping Method
We strive to ship out our products in the most cost effective and timely manner. UPS, Canpar & Purolator are used for most shipments. Oversize and bulky shipments are routed as truck shipments. If you have a preferred shipping method please let us know when you place an order. Items are shipped FOB Mississauga, ON, unless shown in catalogue as an FOB Factory item.

Pricing
Prices are current as of January 1, 2003 but do not include provincial sales tax (PST) or goods and services tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. If you wish to confirm pricing for an item please call customer service. GST & PST will not be charged if a tax exemption certificate or number is supplied with your order.
We regret that due to current economic conditions and extreme increases in the price of paper and petroleum based products, we will be unable to guarantee pricing as we have in the past.

Returns and Damaged Goods
Returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Custom manufactured or printed items, unless defective, cannot be returned.
To return goods please call customer service for  approval and instructions. For damaged goods you can help expedite your claim by taking the following steps:

a) when your order arrives, inspect it carefully for damage before signing.
b) note any carton damage or suspected damage on the delivery receipt.
c) if contents are damaged do not discard the carton. Call the carrier and  
    request an inspection report. Do this within 5 days.
d) send a copy of this damage report along with a brief description of the
    damage to customer service.
e) do not return damaged items until adjusted.

Post production cancellation of custom made items is also subject to charge. Call for details.
